Present study was conducted on ten milk samples positive mastitis to isolate and molecular characterization of bacteria associated with mastitis using multiplex PCR. Prevalence of Staphylococcus spp., Escherichia spp. and Pseudomonas spp. as major pathogens associated with masititis was found in Sahiwal cows.
